4 Payment Terms

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct toward other users.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bk 44k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice. This may be due to rule violations, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.

Before closing an account, the user concerned will be given an opportunity to respond. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken. The decision regarding any refund of a valid balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
